Notes for commissions bookings for the Swim England West Midland Winter Regional Championships 2024 in Sandwell Aquatics on 2nd and 3rd of November:
- Finals will only be photographed as part of a pre-booked commission
- All the commissions need to be requested before Friday the 1st of November of June 5pm to ensure best conditions for photographing the swimmers.
- NO COMMISSIONS WILL BE ARRANGED ON THE DAY OF THE COMPETITION. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ARRANGE YOURS BEFORE 5PM ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER THE 1S, TO SECURE A CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR SWIMMER(S) PHOTOGRAPHED IN THE FINALS.
This is to allow optimal conditions for the Photographer to capture images of a specific swimmer, with all the information at hand and enough time to prepare for best capturing the swimming action.
Note: all the start times and dates for these commissions are indicative, please book according to the day and type of commission you are interested in.

Commission the Photographer to take pictures of a specific swimmer during their race on a heat or final event.
Get 2 to 4 images downloads in full resolution post commission.
Booking additional events:
- £40 for 2nd race
- £36 for 3rd race and any additional ones after
Please liaise with the photographer via email to arrange additional commission(s).
Each additional race booked adds another 2 to 4 images to the download allocation post event.
Example: You booked your 1st event for the 100 freestyle heats, and your swimmer qualifies for the final. You can book a commission for the race in the final for an additional £40 fee, after contacting and confirming with the photographer that there is no overlapping bookings on that final.
This second event commissioned gives you up to an additional 4 pictures to download.
You get a total of 2 events covered (the heat initially booked and the final booked in addition) and 4 to 8 images guaranteed.
Every additional event after that can be commissioned for £36 each upon confirmation with the photographer.
For 3 events the cost structure would be as follow: 48 + 40 + 36 = £124 (with an allocation of minimum 6 and up to 12 images to download from the commission gallery)
